Victor is a Southeast Michigan Regional Organizer for Michigan LCV. Originally from Southwest Detroit, Victor has spent most of his career in Detroit non-profit organizations and on historic campaigns in Virginia, Nevada, and Michigan.
He received a Bachelor’s in Communication at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and co-founded the Alpha Epsilon chapter of Alpha Psi Lambda, a Latino-oriented & co-ed fraternity, for which he still serves as the volunteer alumni chapter director.
Victor is most proud of his contributions to Michigan’s historic Reproductive Freedom for All Initiative (Prop 3) in 2022, where his office in Saginaw was able to collect over 100k signatures for the proposal as well as other initiatives concerning fair lending and voting rights.
When Victor is not hard at work on campaigns, he is attending comedy shows, catching Pokemon on long walks, or watching history videos and movie critics on Youtube.
