West Michigan Field Organizer

Shannon works as the West Michigan Field Organizer and is based in the Grand Rapids office. She went to school for residential architecture, interior design, and manufacturing, which landed her work specializing in kitchen and bath design and project management. Before joining Michigan LCV, she was an active volunteer in environmental justice, and continues those efforts today as a board member of Grand Rapids Water Protectors, Michigan Citizens for Water Conservation, and the Water is Life Alliance. Her work at Michigan LCV focuses on connecting with and activating community members. In her free time, you can find her volunteering, honing her vegan cooking and baking skills, and relaxing with her furbabies.
