Ann Arbor, MI – The Michigan League of Conservation Voters (Michigan LCV) today announced its post-primary endorsements for 24 candidates running for office in the Michigan House of Representatives and Senate. The post-primary endorsements come after Michigan LCV released two rounds of early endorsements in light of significant challenges facing Michigan’s air, land, drinking water and Great Lakes.

“We are in the midst of a growing PFAS water contamination crisis that is impacting communities across Michigan.  It is imperative that we elect lawmakers who prioritize the health of our communities,” said Lisa Wozniak, executive director of Michigan LCV. “We need champions in the state Legislature who will roll up their sleeves and fight for the health of our Great Lakes, rivers, streams and drinking water.”
