Radian Partners has worked with a variety of Fortune 500, middle-market, and emerging technology companies to calibrate their positioning, investigate key business questions using advanced analytics, and implement balanced scorecards that allow organizations to pursue growth assets, without sacrificing their assets-in-place. Previously, Mo was a Partner at Refinery Investments.
Recently, Mo has served as a director or advisor to the boards of organizations such as PropertyMuse, Method Material Sciences, DNA Software, Reality AI, The Institute for Public Relations, and Tomowave Laboratories. Mo is committed to doing his part in supporting the mental-health ecosystem through The Coneflower Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the social stigma surrounding mental health conditions. Prior to his current roles, Mo served as the Chief Executive Officer of Unison, an advanced analytics company that helped to usher in a new era of corporate citizenship using novel reputation and ESG(Environment Social Governance) performance measurement. Unison was acquired in 2018. Mo began his career as a software engineer and implemented several analytics-based solutions for manufacturing, ad-tech, and financial services organizations.
Mo studied Computer Science and Philosophy at The University of Michigan and later completed his Executive Education in Strategy and Social Enterprise at The Harvard Business School under the direction of Dr. Kasturi Rangan. Personally, Mo splits his time between Houston, Texas and Detroit, Michigan, two midwestern cities for which he holds tremendous passion and optimism. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mo has a passion for music: with interest in Jazz, Blues, and Indian Classical Music.
