West Michigan Regional Organizer

My name is Maddie Samuels, and I am a West Michigan Regional Organizer for MLCV. I am originally from Chicago, IL, but now call Grand Rapids my home. I recently graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and minors in Arabic and Nonprofit Administration. I run a small nonprofit with my peers from Grand Valley, called Michigan Youth Education Fund. I am passionate about community engagement, voting rights, and environmental justice. I love to play ukulele and piano, and spend a lot of time outdoors!
