Digital Communications Manager

Abby is the Digital Communications Manager at MLCV. She creates messaging on our social media platforms, email and website to engage supporters on issues concerning Michigan’s land, water and air. 

Growing up in a small town minutes from Lake Huron where she spent countless hours at the beach, Abby’s love for the outdoors began at a young age. Like many others, her love for the outdoors comes with a sense of responsibility and passion for protecting the environment. This passion led her to join MLCV as a phone banking volunteer, and later as a full-time staff member. 

Abby started her career at Northstar Bank, where she worked in the marketing department planning community events, creating marketing campaigns and doing design work. She is a Central Michigan University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Public Relations. 

In her spare time, Abby enjoys reading, performing in community theater productions, and spending time by the water.
