Community Conversations on PFAS

Join us for an engaging discussion on PFAS at Arktos Meadery in Grand Rapids on Thursday, July 25 from 6-8 p.m. and learn about the effects of toxic PFAS ‘forever chemicals’ and discover the ongoing efforts and legislation to address this issue. We’ll be discussing PFAS, a harmful chemical impacting West Michigan. Hear new insights from Tobyn McNaughton, Community Advocate; Rick Rediske, Professor Emeritus at GVSU specializing in water resources; Marshall Kilgore, WMEAC’s Director of Engagement; and Logan Vorce, MLCV’s State Government Affairs Coordinator.

This free event is hosted by the West Michigan Environmental Action Council, the Michigan League of Conservation Voters, and the Great Lakes PFAS Action Network.
