Michigan LCV Endorses David LaGrand in Special Election

GRAND RAPIDS – The Michigan League of Conservation Voters (LCV) today endorsed David LaGrand in his bid to represent the 75th State House District in the upcoming special election. House District 75 consists of much of the City of Grand Rapids and was held by Rep. Brandon Dillon until July, when he resigned to become Michigan Democratic Party Chair.

“David LaGrand is deeply committed to protecting Michigan’s air, land and water and that’s why Michigan LCV is proud to endorse him,” said Lisa Wozniak, Executive Director for Michigan LCV. “As a former board member for Michigan LCV and a proud conservationist, David recognizes that protecting our Great Lakes and natural resources today is critical to ensure that future generations of Michiganders have access to clean air and clean water.”

Michigan LCV is the leading non-partisan political voice for Michigan’s land, air and water, and endorses candidates for office who will make the protection of our natural resources a priority in the state legislature.
