Southeast Michigan Regional Coordinator

Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Henry’s love for the outdoors and passion for the environment were sparked early on by many happy days spent enjoying Michigan’s numerous state parks and waterways with his parents and older sister.

In the summer of 2014, Henry started volunteering with the the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) field program. Eventually, he was tapped to join the staff of the field team, energizing committed volunteers on the ground and fostering greater citizen engagement with the important work Michigan LCV is doing. One of his most rewarding challenges to date was organizing volunteers during the 2014 elections in the Get Out The Vote effort to elect then Congressman Gary Peters to the United States Senate.

These days Henry is working with dedicated volunteers throughout Southeast Michigan to ensure this election cycle will bring new leaders to Lansing who will fight to protect our land, air and water. In his spare time, Henry enjoys hiking with his dog Toby, and playing guitar and Upright Bass.

Henry’s Favorite Place in Michigan: The Leelanau Peninsula.
